Product features
3 section folding attic ladder requires no headroom or storage pace in the loft.
Ladder is made of pine wood.
Totally 12 standard sizes.
36 mm thick insulated hatch door as standard.
Hatch door is a pine wood frame inside, on each side with a white HDF panel outside. Nice finish with white-faced hatch door.
No fixing point is visible on the outer side of the hatch door.
Hatch doors are fully edge sealed with a sealing strip to minimize heat loss.
Hatch door insulation coefficient is 1, 1W/m2K.
Floor-to-ceiling heights up to 2.70m and 3.05m.
12 treads as standard.
Treads and strings are fitted together using dovetail joints for added durability or metal dowels for easy assembling and dismantling
Grooves are cut into the treads for non-slipping.
Easy operation of closing the hatch door with lock and metal rod supplied.
Ladder is fastened with angle brackets that enable the ladder to be positioned and fixed precisely.
Adjustable opening door spring mechanism suit personal preference.
Both semi-assembled and fully-assembled are available. Test load is 300 kg, max working load is 150 kg. |
